I had a whirlwind of a weekend with my best friend getting married and im still catching up with the rest of the world i barely know my name right now... but we got a new puppy!! So let me show u pics then fill u in on the whole story...
BABY BLUE...
AND MY ALL TIME FAV (THIS IS WITHIN SECONDS OF MEETING)
So heres the story:
Todd took Taylor back to his moms Sunday night and they got a new puppy. Well Taylor begged and begged daddy to come inside and play with the puppy. So Todd caved in and went inside. Well aparently the puppy went over to Todd and lick his toes then when Todd picked her up she snuggled his neck. I guess that does the trick for Todd ( i should be taking notes!) b/c he fell in love. When he came home Sunday night that's all he talked about. Then yesterday he came and brought me lunch at work. Awe how sweet!  and during lunch he again talked about how he thought the dog was so cute. I thought it was so cute he was in luv with a puppy! But then we got to talking and i expressed how relieved that we had decided against getting anouther animal (for a while i was in little baby withdraw and we disscused getting a small dog or cat). We only have 3 months till we get married and there was still so much left to do. So we begain a deep conversation about wedding expenses and the puupy love talk was done. Well after 20 mins when Todd get up to leave, he said
" well i was going to suprise you, but now I cant."
Well i have no idea what he was talking about. We had talked about so many things during lunch that my mind was blank. So i said
"what suprise? no no i luv suprises u can still give it to me...what is it money? jewelry? random stuff? i LOVE suprises!!"
This was his reply
" well i was talking with Elise (his ex and sons mother) and she said that they still had more puppies where she got hers. So i was gona suprise u and bring one home for u tonight after work!!"
well my jaw must have dropped to the floor. i said
" WHAT? no u werent. What did u do talk to the people? how do u know they still have more?"
he said (with a sly grin)
"umm well i called them and i am supposed to go pick one up at 6pm"
I couldnt even speak. On one hand I would luv a small puppy but then i had just gotten finished talking about how i was glad we had decided to wait. Of course Todd being the SUPER sweetheart he is said
" we dont have to get one right now, i know it might stress us out more whatever u wanta do is fine with me......they are just gona take them to the pound if no one gets them"
OH GREAT way to pull at a girls heart strings!! So then i went with him at 6pm just to "see" the pups and "see" if i liked them or not. Of course we all knew it was all over with b4 I stepped outta the car. So now we have a little puggle named Sprocket. and hes a HUGE cuddler. Todd even put him up in bed with us so he would stop whinning last night (i seriously think that this is Todds new baby) Savannah just loves him. And Gavin loves the smelly doggie kisses and wants to pick him up all the time. Savannah and Sprocket.. how cute!! So now im off to potty train!!
*SIGH* what have i gotten myself into??? |

You're a great story teller. And the pup is cute as can be! Sprocket... very cute name! Reminds me of the Jetsons. |

Its the dog from Fraggle Rock!!! old old show!!
(i know he doesnt look anything like the cartoon dog but i still love the name.) |

 awww ... I haven't been called that in a long time!
Honestly, I've been better. The rheumatologist called yesterday and she said my bloodwork shows something abnormal with my liver now, too. So I have to see my regular doctor down in Springboro on Monday and get that checked out.
The reaction to the Reclast is rare, and showed up in 9 patients when they were first testing the medication. The effects should wear off in about 11 days, she said. Just a few more days to go and I should be feeling better as far as that's concerned. I just have to take it easy and stay home since I'm dizzy.
I'll be okay. At least I have a good team of doctors. Especially the rheumatologist. She really is very caring and is doing everything possible for me.
You doing alright? I know things are starting to get a little hairy with the wedding planning. Are you still wanting me to make the bridesmaid's baskets? There's still plenty of time for me to do those (and I'm not able at the moment to go out and get the stuff for them anyway), but if you'd like to run some ideas by me, feel free to e-mail me, ok?
