This Friday I leave here and drive up to the GA/SC border. I'll be staying with an old friend and having a great time. Then Saturday my ex is meeting me with my older two kids. We'll drive home that day.
We will be SO busy for the next three weeks. I've got lots of things planned. Of course, the beach is the top of the list. We'll be going to see the Blue Angels and getting their autographs, baseball games, horseback riding (hopefully), more beach, parks, etc.
The second week my mom is coming here and leaving her car and we'll all (2 adults, 5 children) drive over to Louisiana and spend a week with that part of the family. Drive back and spend the last week here again. More beach! of course!
I drive back up to GA/SC on the 2nd to drop them off. Spend that night with my girl friend again and drive home on the 3rd. At which point, I think my camera will be full. I'll be exhausted. And probably really sad to not have them here every day.
So I just wanted to let you know why you probably won't see my online much or at all coming up. I'll be super busy with lots of kids and activities. I only get a short time, I can't waste it online.
Oh... and this past weekend I painted my master bathroom. It's a georgous grey called "dusk". White trim, chrome fixtures. Looks very clean and modern and just super fantastic! (I need a new shower curtain, rugs, towels, etc. now) ha |

Wow, Faith ... sounds like you're going to have such a wonderful time! I hope you have a great few weeks with your kids and the rest of your family. And I pray you'll have safe travels, too.
The one thing I liked about Pensacola was the beach -- the whitest sand! We went to the beach (mainly down by Gulf Breeze) as often as we could when we lived there. Even went on Christmas day once! And we got to see the Blue Angels while we lived there, too. Sounds like you have some great plans with the kids! They certainly won't be bored at all, that's for sure!
The bathroom sounds beautiful! Makes me feel so lazy - LOL - we did absolutely NOTHING this weekend.
Well, I hope you have a fun time and know that you're really going to be missed!!! I'd say "hurry back", but I'm sure you really won't want to since you'll be with your kids. Instead, I'll just say I look forward to when you get back so you can fill us in!
